Shipping & Processing Policy

Processing Time

- All orders are custom-designed and made-to-order.

- Processing time: 1–6 weeks depending on customization/quantity.

- Processing begins once payment is confirmed.

- A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once shipped.

- If needed by a specific date, please order early to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping

- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States (excludes HI & AK).

- Local delivery available in Los Angeles (restrictions may apply)

Shipping Options (UPS)

  • UPS® 2nd Day Air® — Delivery within 2 business days.
  • UPS® 3 Day Select® — Delivery within 3 business days (cost-effective for less urgent shipments).
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver® — Next business day delivery by the end of the day (lower cost than regular Next Day Air).
  • UPS Next Day Air® — Next business day delivery by midday.
  • UPS Next Day Air® Early — Next business day delivery as early as 8:00 a.m. to most major U.S. cities.
  • UPS® Ground — Delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on distance.
  • UPS® Ground Saver — Economical ground delivery, typically 2–7 business days; available for lightweight, non-urgent packages.

Note: Orders are not shipped on Fridays during warm months to avoid weekend transit delays.

Warm-Weather Packaging

- Insulation & Cold Packs: We include insulation and cold packs to help protect your treats during transit.

- Summer Shipping: To ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition, only Expedited or Express shipping options are available during the summer months.

- Warmer Climates: We strongly recommend selecting Expedited or Express shipping if you're located in warmer climates.

- Liability: Goody Boxx is not responsible for any melted items once shipped.

- Shipping Schedule: To prevent weekend transit delays, we do not ship orders on Fridays during the warmer months.

Refund Policy

- Due to perishability, returns are not accepted.

- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion after review.

Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer

- Products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, soy, wheat, and other allergens.

- Customers must review product descriptions and ingredient lists before ordering.

- Severe allergy sufferers should not order, as we cannot guarantee allergen-free facilities.

M&M’s® Ingredients & Allergen Info

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (sugar, chocolate, skim milk, cocoa butter, lactose, milkfat, soy lecithin, salt, natural flavor), sugar, cornstarch; <2% corn syrup, dextrin, colors, carnauba wax, gum acacia. Kosher dairy.

Allergen Info: Contains bioengineered food ingredients. Purchased directly from Mars, Inc.

Jelly Belly® Ingredients & Allergen Info

Ingredients (typical): Sugar, corn syrup, modified food starch, fruit juice/purees, citric acid, natural & artificial flavors, confectioner’s glaze, carnauba wax, food colorings (varies by flavor).

Allergen Info: Peanut free, dairy free, fat free, gluten free, vegetarian. Some flavors may contain traces of coconut.

We love creating custom Goody Boxxes! Please note:

Use of Logos/Images/Names

- We cannot reproduce trademarked/copyrighted images unless you provide proof of permission.

- Customers are responsible for securing approvals before production.

Production Timelines

- Missing/incomplete approvals may delay your order.

- Goody Boxx is not responsible for delays caused by documentation issues.

Brand Approvals (Custom M&M’s®)

- May require review by Mars, Incorporated.

- If rejected/delayed, Goody Boxx is not responsible for changes or timing.

Order Changes

- Once in production, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
