How big are Goody Boxxes?
We offer two sizes: Standard (2.25" cube) and Jumbo (3" cube). Both are clear acrylic.

Do Goody Boxxes contain nuts?
We don’t include candies with nuts, but cross-contamination is possible. If you have severe allergies, please avoid our products.
Do you offer kosher candies?
M&M's® and Jelly Belly's®, as well as most of the candies we offer, are made by brands that produce kosher-certified products in their original sealed packaging. Because Goody Boxx repackages candies into custom gift boxxes, our finished products are not sold under kosher certification.
How should I store my Goody Boxxes?
Store at room temperature (65–75°F), out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze — it can change texture & appearance.
Do you offer gift insert cards and gift boxes?
Yes — available for Jumbo Boxxes. Add your message at checkout or email it before shipment. Gift boxes can be purchased at checkout.

Standard Boxx
- The Goody (non-imprinted candy): $10 each — 20-box minimum
- Extra Goody (imprinted candy): $15 each — 20-box minimum
- Custom in-house design: From $17.50 each (drops to $15 after 40+). Includes label + candy imprint design. 20-box minimum.
- Seasonal Goody Drops: $15 each — pre-designed; 20-box minimum
Jumbo Boxx
- Jumbo Extra Goody (imprinted candy): $22 each — 20-box minimum
- Jumbo Custom in-house design: From $25 each (drops to $20 after 40+). Includes label + candy imprint design. 20-box minimum.
- Jumbo Seasonal Goody Drops: $22 each — pre-designed; no minimum

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).
Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout using our discounted UPS® rates, based on your address and the order’s weight & dimensions. A $3.00 handling & packaging fee is added per order.
Carriers & Options
We ship with UPS. Eligible services will appear at checkout:
- UPS® 2nd Day Air® — delivery in 2 business days
- UPS® 3 Day Select® — delivery in 3 business days
- UPS Next Day Air Saver® — next business day delivery by end of day
- UPS Next Day Air® — next business day delivery by midday
- UPS Next Day Air® Early — next business day delivery as early as 8:00 a.m.
- UPS® Ground — typically 1–5 business days (distance-based)
- UPS® Ground Saver — economical delivery in 2–7 business days for lightweight packages
- UPS® Standard — shown where available for cross-border ground service
Note: We do not ship on Fridays during warmer months to help prevent melting.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No — Goody Boxxes cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
How will my candy be packed?
Heat-sealed mylar bags, insulation, and reusable ice packs to protect freshness.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for activation).
Customization
How do I send design files?
Email invitation images, logos, or inspiration to designteam@goodyboxx.com.
Which M&M colors can be personalized?
17 of 23 colors can be personalized. Dark colors (black, dark blue, maroon, purple & brown) can be included in mixes but cannot be imprinted.
- Photos should be at least 300 DPI for best results.
- Colors may vary slightly from your screen.
- Light-colored candies allow for better print outcomes.
Do you provide design mock-ups?
Yes — mock-ups are provided after purchase to confirm print quality and layout.
Is every M&M imprinted if I choose to customize my M&M’s?
We may mix in a few plain M&M’s in the same colors, depending on the order size.

Orders & Policies
Lead Times
- Custom orders: 3–6 weeks (design + delivery)
- Label-only orders: 1–2 weeks
Rush Orders
Rush production may be possible for non-imprinted orders within 48–72 hours (for a fee). Email hello@goodyboxx.com for availability.
Cancellations & Changes
If production has started, we cannot cancel. Contact us immediately if you need a change.
Address Corrections
If your order hasn't shipped, email hello@goodyboxx.com and we’ll try to update it. If shipped, we cannot change the address.
Returns & Refunds
Due to perishability and personalization, returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos
- We will review and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
Please confirm spellings and details on proofs before approving orders.
